Any Plans for a Revitalized/New/Updated Manual pdf?

I read that article where brad puts the manual under
"what went wrong" and i was wondering if there was
going to be an official or even UNOFFICIAL New/updated/
and revitalized manual pdf going up to and including
1.04?

There's supposedly a manual in the works, somewhere.

Brad posted a link for an updated (still not final) a while ago (last week?). But it was in Word .DOC format, and was 9Mb..... Wanted it, but...... 56k dial up, so no thanks, just yet!
