Phase Jump Refrence Bar

Just wondering if any updates will come with new ways to minimize the side bar refrence. Especially with ships that are in phase jump. When playing a large map with 10 players and being able to gain share ship vision with majority of them the summary phase jump reaches across the screen. Just if there is a way to break it up into like local jumps as in system and long range jumps between stars?
