New and a question!

Hey, evreybody! I am new, and i have a simple question.

I have downloaded a skin, but.. How can you apply him to your computer?
I've gotten the skin from this link

But how do i apply them? Do i need a special program or something?
Please help me, 'cause i really need it!

Remember,if you are using the trial version,it only lasts 30 days.Then you must purchase WindowBlinds.The paid version has more features and is the best $20(US) you can spend on your computer,imho.You may want to look at ObjectDesktop,it saves a lot of money over buying things separately.
