the all around spacestation

ok what i am trying to ask here is if i could put all of the things that influence, military, and economy spacestation have in to one gient spacestation. if this is possible tell me how i can do it.

Side note: is it possible to give the other races different space station like the Yor will have a different spacestation then the Terrans do and so and so on.

I don't think it is, as abilities are hardcoded to certain types of starbases. Also, race-specific starbase styles are AFAIK also impossible.
