Act now! Magnetically, kinetically, or chemically operated projectile weapons are a major threat to our society's core! Left unchecked, they may result in millions of deaths before the end of the century. If we don't control these weapons, we may wind up with people dead, dying, or capable of undertaking woodwork projects! It's horrible! These things can kill people! Even the people using or building them!

This is actually a satire. I'm for legal weapons (maybe not big bad ones, but any one would use as a safe tool).

Weapons don't kill people. People kill people.

Yeah, but they do it with WEAPONS. Unfortunately, anything can be turned into a weapon (G-d bless human imagination).

Let's get rid of them...after all, "When I was a child, I thought as a child and played with childish things. Now I am grown, and put the things of childhood behind me." (not referring to Kix or Trix...I love them  ;) ).

Let's grow up and live without violence in all it's forms.  :)

I could kill without a weapon just as easily as I could with. Which is pretty darn unlikely. Even if I tried.
