Evil or Good custom race

Normally custom races are neutral. But it is possible to make an evil or good custom civ.
Here's how:

Create a new opponent. Put all the stuff you want and set ethical aligment.
Save the race and go back to choosing race. Load the custom you just made and start playing. Check the civ manager when the game's loaded, your ethical aligment should be the one you set.

I dunno if you knew this but then i haven't seen this in any guide or forum post.
Happy customizing

In the reverse of that, that's how I've done it.

I made the custom race as if I was going to play them, save it, back up to race selection, choose a stock race, choose the custom as an opponent, change the alignment, back up to race selection and choose the custom again.

Both methods work for the same reason, I just take the long way there lol.

One thing to note when editing the xml, you cannot in TA, change a stock race's tech tree w/o a cheat flag being thrown up.
