Making a tech unstealable/untradeable

I've gone nuts searching for this and I know I've seen it at least a few times here in the forums  :NOTSURE: 

I'm trying to find the code to append to a tech that would make it unstealable and/or untradeable.  I'm pretty sure it's just a tag added in the TechTree.xml  (for Dark Avatar)

When you open the techtree.xml, do a search for

gah, can't type in what I wanted...ok, try #2 < CanBeStolen> or < CanBeTraded >
w/o the spaces.

I went into the DA folder and opened the TechTree.xml there. So unless TAs installation also modified the file in the DA folder...

Not all techs in the TechTree.xml had that tag. I only saw them on a select few techs (some of which listed in my reply).

I still haven't installed ToTA...

So yeah, they are both in DA. I was able to find them in the manner in which Loupdinour described.

Which proves that coding_making_distributing a fully DA-compatible tech editor (either as an option from the TA interface or as a supplemental stand-alone) would be a fairly good idea - me think (or wishing outloud for...)! ;)
