Bug in planetary details screen

All of my planets show no value listed next to planet quality on the planet details screen (though they DO show it on the main planets screen). The screen I am refering to is the one you get when you press the details button on a planet. Using 1.03A.57
I'll put this in the bug reports thread as well. (you know the thread that's like 470+ messsages long and growing... ugh... I hate wading through that thread - thank goodness I'm not a dev! ;))
