Pentium4 1.6 gigahertz intel shared graphics card - can my computer run this game?

Hi ,

 My computer is a Pentium 4 1.6 gigahertz (NON dual core) with an intel shared graphics card.

 

It runs gal civ find, but can it run dreadlords II as well? The latter looks so much better.
