Object Dock Skins Not Showing Up in Newest Tab

I uploaded this skin http://www2.wincustomize.com/ViewSkin.aspx?SkinID=5120&LibID=29 which shows up in the ObjectDock Library, but doesn't show up when you click on the Newest tab

Even when I change the Newest in all to Newest in objectdock it doesn't show up.

Right now we have them blocked because there was a time that was the only thing you saw in the newest list.  Icon_Green, Icon_Blue, Icon_XP_Red, Icon_XP_Blue, etc. etc etc.

We will have to take a look at this again with the way the new site is designed.  We might be able to block it from some of the lists but still have it so you can go to the ObjectDock listing.
