Toolbar Icons Vanish

Everytime I apply a theme from My Colours, the toolbar icons are not visible as you will see from uploaded image, I have tried once theme is applied to reapply from My Colours and still the same, I have also tried to apply from Windowblinds6, still to no avail, in all the windowblinds6 toolbar icons section all the My Colours Icons show up as these fuzzy blocks similar to the screenshot.
The themes do not even pick up on other windowblinds toolbar icons, I get the same effect everytime, here is the image:
