Memory access violation followed by crash every time I click Setting while filming

Among other things

Its completely unplayable for more than about 6 minutes

How do I get a refund?

I have the same thing. The game looked kind of neet: like a deeper "Movies" but I had the exact same problem. So far no reply from Stardock or from the company and I cannot find a patch anywhere on the net.

I guess I'll have to dispute the charge with my credit card company, since the product is defective and I can't get anyone to fix it or refund me. You'd think they'd want to avoid that, since every dispute costs them an additional $50 in fees (if they win, they will get it back, but they can't win a dispute in which the product doesn't work).
