Terror Star question

I've been searching for this problem solution but couldn't find anything... anyways... I build terror star but it doesn't want to move... when I complete it, it shows 0/7 movement points and after I hit the turn button the next turn it shows 0/0 points...

I allready tried to reinstall the game - didn't help...

Did you wait the 10 weeks for activation?

In non-tactical zoom level you'll see a countdown for activation. Until that countdown is over, you cannot do anything with the TS.

Anywho, 0/7 would throw up a flag since it only has 1 movement point a week, no matter what.
