MyColors Themes

Activation!

Hello,
Can anybody help?

Today (this morning +8 GMT) I purchased 3 products online. They are MyColors Themes;

Guardian
Khando
& Sunny Day.

I have trying dozens of times to ACTIVATE the products, but have had no success.
It appears that the items are registered, with the correct serial numbers etc, and have been downloaded and installed correctly.
Every time I try to activate the items the following message repeats times (below).
It would seem that others are having a problem as well, has the problem been solved?
If so could you please let me know how to do it.

Error activating the product

Please check the serial number that you have entered and ensure that it is associated with the email you used. Try to activate the product again. If you are using Stardock Central you can right-click on the product and attempt to activate without reinstalling. Please include this log file when contacting [email protected].

Did you use paypal to purchase the items? If so I believe there may be a problem with which email address is registered to the purchase. You may have inadvertently registered the product to your paypal email address.....

Either way, support can fix it for you but they won't be back to work until Monday morning eastern time US

Lantec,
yes PayPal was used, but the address is the same. I have been buying from Stardock for about 3 years without any problems before. Thanks for the advice.
Everything worked OK this morning and activation went through.
I forgot to mention I am based in China (PRC) aand currently there many filters and daemons online. So the script for email and code entry possibly could not be allowed to function. Nothing changed on my computer.
Going home tomorrow for a rest,

Thanks again,
Steve

Lantec,
I purchased two more themes this morning and everything worked perfectly. It must have been interference from somewhere else, not allowing the proper communication.

Cheers
