Problem Activating?

I just formatted and I seem to be having an issue activating some MyColors themes. It seems that some activate fine while others are not, and no error message is given when I try to activate through Impulse, but through MyColors I get "There was an error validating your registration information, please try again.", no matter how many times I try it some themes fail to activate.

 

Im wondering if you guys are having any kind of server issues at the moment?

Anyone have any ideas? Im on x64 and dont have mycolors on this partition, curious if the issue was resolved?

EDIT: Some of them still are not validating... actually many of them are not being validated.
There seems to be an activate txt in the MyColors directory showing this over and over:
