There are planets with a higher class than 20? How rare are they? I haven't seen any above 20 yet.

If you build certain social projects like Soil Enhancement you can raise your planet class. If you start out with a planet 20, you'll upgrade to 22. Which is usually about as far as I get because I'm usually frantically researching military stuff to keep myself in the game.

And then you do Terraforming that does planetclass + 50%

I remember I used to rush to research enough techs to allow me to create the Crystalei (or something like that), so that all my planets increased by one class.

Ahhh, memories.... LOL
