Assuming you have an ogg codec installed so you can play them in a media player, you can dig into the sound folder and find all the music to SoaSE.  This thread is for listing your favorite ones.

It's funny, though, I have never heard TEC 3 or TEC 4 ever played in game.

When I first listened to the music, I was kinda annoyed to find out it had been playing the 'Sad' themes over and over again for me...
