Impulse running in the background

Got a problem. Whenever I exit Impulse I can pull up taskmanager and see that it's still running. Any ideas?

When you exit is the Impulse Dock still open?

You probably y have the fastboot option set in the Impulse preferences which is designed to start it and keep it running updating in the background.
