My Colors vs. Window Blinds

Just a quick question in that both these programs loo very similar. Does MyColors do anything that one can already do with WindowBlinds?

MyColors is more attuned to ThemeManager than WindowBlinds. MyColors applies themes consisting of a WindowBlind, Icons, Wallpaper, Desktop Gadget and anything else that is part of the 'Theme'.
