Object Desktop Ultimate HELP!!!

Unable to Re-Install after Expiration

I am incredibly desperate and at the point where I'm ready to throw my computer and my memories of a once well oiled and working Object Desktop against the wall.

Here is what happened:

1. Last year, I bought Object Desktop Ultimate, installed it and all of it's components, ect. My registration expired in March, 2008.

2. Since then, I had an incident with XP and had to create a new admin user logon and delete my old one (assuming I had properly transfered all my files and programs). Long story short, windows file-transfer lies. I later discovered, Object Desktop no longer could find the necessary files it needed to run.

3. I contacted Stardock Support via their message center (and e-mail) and they assured me that if I unistalled it, I could reinstall using Impulse. I unistalled everything! Now, I'm trying to re-install it and Impulse is telling me that I already have everything installed and that there are no further updates available, despite the fact that I really don't have anything installed.

Impulse recognizes my activation code and shows Object Desktop Ultimate in my download history (both it's primary and secondary download), but when I click on the primary download to re-download it, it tells me that the page doesn't exist.

I'm going to be FURIOUS if I have to pay for this again. I'm not naturally that confrontational. I just want my desktop to be pretty again and all to be well. Someone, anyone, please.... help me. :'(

Thanks...
