Startmenu Skinning?

Startbutton Glow Problem.

Im having a problem with the glow on the startbutton, its the first thing Ive reallt put time into making so i want it to look GOOD. Anyway, if I just have the glow on the top of the button I can do it, but if I have both top and bottom glow I cant get it took work. I put the button thats fine, then onto the glow. When I  add it,  it covers the button with just a white square with my glow ontop of it. Ive tried making my background transparent but it wont change. Ive adjusted the extra settings with the glow and the margins I can't get it to show both glows and the button. Is the problem how Im creating it or is in skinstudio? Any help...please

I'm no expert at WindowBlinds but I can tell you this: the glow image must have a hole in the middle or it will cover the hole button. I don't know what you are refering to as far as top and bottom but here is a sample.

Ofcourse the background will be transparent not black. :)

make shure that if you are useing skin studio 5, you have this image has tranparent parts checked. If this option is not slected then it will not show transparency. some images may help. You would get more help if you show what it is that you are doing/makeing.

if you post images of your button, the glow, and the result you will get more help. It is hard to tell the problem when we cant see what you are talking about. We can only imagine. Upload the images to Photobucket. Or if you want i can look at the skin for you. I am no expert, but i can do my best?
