Taksbar Height. I want it to be bigger.

How do i make my taskbar taller/bigger. I need it to be taller. The image is below. If the taskbar is that size....then it will be pretty dificult ot make takbar buttons. I know i can resize the taskbar.....but how do i make it so that it is thicker when the user applies it?

 

 

 

Also is there a way to make the taksbar buttons stretch from the top of the task bar to the bottom. So that when you resize the taksbar, the button will streatch instead of move up with it?

if memory serves me right the taskbarbuttons governs the taskbar size.. anyone feel free to correct me as it was some time since i made a blind now :)

You are correct the content margins in the taskbar buttons determine the height of the taskbar!

I think that taskbar buttons can't be stretched while stretching the taskbar, only tray and separators do. :|

Why dont you make a bigger taskbar? Your preview is 30pix tall, make it 32 or change the design... Remember that icons in taskbar buttons are 16pix and you have to leave space for them. |-)

if you are talking about text margins thats what I was saying

the content margins in the taskbar buttons

but if you are talking about font size becareful because screen resolution can affect that differently from PC toPC :grin:

No i was talking about the text magins...and i am sorry that i am so flakey and didnt know that....LOL :grin: But for anyone else that may not understand, We are talking about in the tab "text" under tha taskbar buttons, if you change the top margin for the text on the buttons, meaning move it down, the accual taskbar will grow in height. thanks AVMAN!!
