I checked the FAQs, I looked for a "Contact us" link, I looked through the forums and nowhere does it give me an answer so I am posting here....

 

How do I change my account/contact email? The address currently listed is no longer valid and would like to update it.

My Account link at the top of the forum, then to the Stardock Account section there.

I tried there, it is not a changable option... shows username, and user email but no option to change it... everything else is like real name, address and so on but no way to change current email address.

I would guess you'd need to contact [email protected] for that, since the serials for your registered products are tied to your account, which is centered around your e-mail rather than your user name.

Odd, it used to be--in that case, please contact [email protected] and they should be able to help.

thank you... I also tried updating my registration via Impulse and it gives me a "email address not valid" if I try to change it there...
