Sleep My Daydreams

The unused,
the unnoticed,

Were forever cursed to become,

The unusable,
the unworkable,

and suggested by all underlying themes,

under my sheets sleep my daydreams.

If ever,
everafters,
were after me,
they could catch me sleeping there,
underneath disbelief and despair.

I'm so painfully devoted,
to pursuit of restless wonder,
that I put more blankets upon the bed,
to let my daydreams hide deep under the covers.

I love the whole poem, but the line of If ever, everafters is awesome!!! Keep them coming!

Strange that there are no daymares, that they become hallucination, reason for excommunication from the societal church, because you are not allowed to lose hope or go mad during the day, the office and traffic lights disallow it.

How tall are you? How far upward has this talent grown?

Good call! that would've been a great name for a band in the 80s. DAYMARE LIVE!

Thank you for visiting Marco,
just because we are not allowed to go mad during the day does not mean that such madness does not occur.
