Help! impulse doesn't recognize my serial number

Can I use friends account to upgrade?

I am tring to upgrade to v1.1 Beta and impulse doesn't recognize my serial number but it accepted my serial number when I signed up for mutiplayer. My friend has upgreaded to v1.1 Beta so now we can't play mutiplayer so can I upgreade with my friends account and still play mutiplayer? Thanks!

That's odd. But, you can contact [email protected] and they'll see what's up. Unfortunately you won't get an answer until after the weekend since they don't work on weekends.

I'm going on the assumption that you selected Sins and everything when you tried to register?
