Cannot install Iconpackager 4.1

Trying to install Iconpackager 4.1 but it fails saying unable to uninstall previous version.
Trying to uninstall previous version from controlpanel but that also fails.
Is there a way to manually uninstall program so that I can install the new version 4.1 that
I bought today.

Someone please help

I finally decided to give Impulse a try. It works! I was unable to update to IP4 before. Through Impulse I got it! I also updated some other stuff. I don't play these games they have here so I can't say anything about that but for my Stardock apps Impulse worked perfectly. Try Impulse. It works for me.

Thanx a lot for your advice Chasbo.
I installed Impulse as you recommended and it worked for me as well.
I tried everything including seraching registry to be able to install IP4 but
nothing worked. Impulse changed it all and now IP4 works perfect.
Thanx again and I really recommend Impulse.
