Entrenchement- Enable/Disable

I am exceited for the Entrenchement mini expasion for Sins of a Solar Empire.  I would like though to ahve a option to disable it at startup or run it with a different shortcut.

 

For example, in ArmA-Combat Operations, there are folders called modfolders.  In each mod folder are addons that the engine can use.  TO enable a many modfolders inside the ArmA Directory it will look like this...

"D:\Program Files (x86)\Atari\ArmA\arma.exe" -mod=@TUMOD;@VELOX;@Andrew_Misc;@Badger343rd;DBE1

Now if I were to run it without any mods, it would loook like this...

Important NOTE!  DBE is the official expansion, Queens Gambit to ArmA, but does Load like a Mod Folder.  Its officially not a mod but a expansion, though.

"D:\Program Files (x86)\Atari\ArmA\arma.exe" -mod=DBE1

Now if I just wanted to run ArmA without any Mods OR Expansions...

"D:\Program Files (x86)\Atari\ArmA\arma.exe"

Is this already possible in Sins or not?  Could the Mini-Expansion be designed similar to a mod so that I can enable it in or out of game?  This reason for this is that I play with people that might not currently have the moeny to buy the mini expansion and still would like to play sins with them.

It's being designed so that when playing with people without the expansion, it will auto turn off. So you won't need to enable/disable it manually. It'll just make it so that you can't use its features when playing with people without it. :)

And there is already a mod folder thing. There's even some mod tools on SOASE.com. I'm really surprised you've never heard of seven deadly sins.

Yeah I've heard of the Seven Dealy Sins mod Package.  They all did incredible work on their mods.  It was featured in PC Gamer.
