300 MB Dreams?

I noticed on the GUIC 08 submission screen says a dream has to be no larger than 300 mb. Is there a new version of Dreammaker that allows this large of a file size?

No, I had trouble uploading my 148MB dream so they increased it to see if it would help. It didn't.

For vista64 and 4gb of ram playing any file over 150mb begins accessing the hd for playback.
