You can always make your own empire, maybe allow in people from Jersey, Cardigan and any other place named for an item of clothing?

I heard a New Yorker say Jersey was a Gross state just last night. I guess he realized our recruitment is going well in jersey.

Seriously. We don't care where you are from in G.R.O.S.S. New Jersey is welcome. It's us against the Aliens baby. Go for all the carnage you can muster.

I seem to recall Pontius or someone saying that you have to be a member of an Empire before you can contribute scores to the Metaverse.
