Still No ESC menu/options

Ahah! I did the update. I still got no faster way to freezethe game than to press the Esc key. :(

Do you have a sysoptions.mtd file in your galciv\gfx subdirectory?

I don't have anything right now. I, err, uninstalled to use the 62 CM to get it onto a roomier driver and now I can't register, it says Error 429 Active X component can't create object and exits. :(

However uninstalling 62 and using 61 appears to work.

Yes! I have the menu now.

First menu anomaly: chose go to main menu. How to get back? Chose Start Civ. Game exited.

If you exit to the main menu, you've effectively quit your game. I forgot to warn people. :( Clearing a game and starting a new one hasn't been fully implemented yet; apparently I haven't found all of the stuff to reset yet.
