Encounters theme not found in impulse

I received an email saying the Encounter MyColors theme is available and would be automatically added to Impulse. It looks interesting so I brought up impulse but don't see it anywhere. Same thing happened with the Halloween theme but I wasn't really interested in that one so didn't try to figure that one out.

How do I access it via Impulse?

The mailer indicated that the Encounter skin will be available to WinCustomize subscribers as well. This is incorrect, and the theme is only available to current Object Desktop subscribers.

Im not sure if this pertians to you as it shows you as a customer, as your WC page does not specify if you subscribe to Object Desktop or bought one of the stand alone products.
