I Can´t save the packages

Always, when i choose "Save Icon Package" the iconpacker close it and windows show a error message. I reinstalled a few times and it close and close...

EDIT: troubles appears when mark "Settings/Quick Launch Icons" and "Settings/Control Panel Icons"

Windows XP sp3 + NOD32 + Tune Up 2008!

All are registered programs.
