Reload Software Help Please

I had to reload GalCiv due to computer probs. I now am back to original software level. When I go to Stardock to reload the new levels and bonus pkgs it says that I have already loaded them.. HELP please

When you say 'reload' I assume you mean reinstall, and when you say reinstall, I'm going to assume you didn't uninstall through SDC which means as far as it's concerned, you still have the updated version, nor did you reinstall with SDC, further guaranteeing it doesn't know what version you actually have (it stores all this stuff in one of its configuration files). In the "obsolete" Object Desktop Central, they had a 'reset application data' which made it see everything as uninstalled and let you update things again, they ought to add such a thing to SDC.

In the meantime, I would uninstall SDC through the windows dialogue, delete everything in any remaining directories for SDC, then reinstall SDC. It should set it back to a new state where it only sees your currently installed GalCiv.
