mulit player games "out of sync"

I've seen a few games in which the players of the same multi player online game are actually playing a completely different game.

Last night I played a game in which An ally & myself double teamed an opponent. We took out his CAP but great cost to us both because he was building Carriers at an amazing rate for being so early game.

I wanted to see how he had managed this so I watched the replay & discovered that he had not managed carriers & in fact the was in no better shape than myself the whole game & much worse after the DT.

Anyone else seen this crazyness since the patches?
