Quick Ship indicators gone

So after I updated to the new patch, the little rings indicating what number of ships was orbiting any particular planet are no longer displaying. I've looked all over the interface settings and can't figure out how to bring them back...am I missing something?

Probably I definitely have them in my game, but I can't check right now which setting it is.
