Bounty shown on planets incorrectly?

I was playing a SP game last nite and noticed a planet I did not know who owned, but the infocard showed a bounty amount giving away the owner. Is this normal or a bug? I will post a screen and or save if need be when I get home later.

It's a bug, been reported before and already fixed internally by IC
