Stardock store rejects my credit card

I looked through the FAQs I could find, and saw some threads on this from before, but couldn't find a solution. I emailed the sales@stardock guys in the morning but haven't gotten a response for some 6 hours, so here I am:
I'm trying to buy GalCiv on the online Stardock store (so I can download it without waiting, as I lack the ability to get to a retail store), but it rejects my credit card information when I try to submit the order. I've checked the numbers many, many, many times, and I know I'm giving the correct information, but the store is quite adamant... I've tried it from another computer, I've been trying it throughout the day, I've tried it from different browsers...
What do I do? At this rate it seems both faster and cheaper to order it from EBgames or such, but I'd like the money to go to the company rather than the retailer.
