Does Preordering now still give me acces to the beta?

hihi,

it's olmost christmass, and i was planning on giving my bro Entrenchment as a gift, i've only recently got the idea that maybe we arent able to participate in the beta if we preorder it after the entrenchment Beta release (why oh why didnt that  come up b4...)

so thats pretty much the question...   will preordering Entrenchment on for example December 17 2008 grant us acces to the Entrenchment BETA??
