Making some Random Events into dialogue encounters with Alien Races - a la Star Control 2 sound?

Maybe I'll submit..or maybe the official guys may want to make a little dialogue routine for random events that are encounters with alien races?
Right now..All i can do is post an alien picture and have
the event file say "Hello Humans, We are the _______...
we are in need of etc etc"
and have the choices be
good
"I'm sorry..but we can't give you ..etc etc" (moral penalty -10 %) etc
neutral
evil
"Yes..we will give you that in exchange for 500 bcs..hehe"
(cash + 500 bc)
the entire thing written like a dialogue.
I could make maybe 10 of these...as random events....
but you stardock guys may be able to create random events
with aliens that require a few replies by the player and more of a dialogue with the aliens before the event is over
and bonuses, penalties, and or prizes are sorted out.
