[Suggestion] Have flags heal

First off, I apologize if this has already been posted.

 

I just think it would be a nice feature to have the flags heal Demigods. Certainly not too much, or it would defeat the purpose of healing potions and the healing stone back at base. But a small percentage of healing as long as you have already capped it would be nice.

I prefer it the way it is now.  If the flags healed you would often never go back to the base's healing crystal and not buy potions.  This takes away a choice in the game and make the game almost completely offensive with no need to fall back for the winning team.  If this was done, you would no longer need to between knowing you will have to fall back to the crystal or purchasing healing potions at the expensive of your weapon/armor upgrades.    I this is important.  Also we already have a mechanism for frontline healing and that is potions dropped by killed demigods.

I have to agree. If flags healed then I can see lots of pole campers in DGs future. :S

I understand his concern and i think it could work but so that u have to have not been attack for the last x sec and it heals y amount of health every sec. Y however would have to be a ;ow number, I think it would be very good espicially for generals for as of now they dodn't have a way of healing them on the go unless Oak fights.

Yea, as I stated in the OP, it would be a small amount that it heals.

The flags already give special bonuses (valor flags, xp flags, debilitating flags to name a few) I don't think they should do more than this, otherwise there will only be battles around flags.

Yah giving flags local auras '+ dmg' or '+ heal' sounds cool a la TF2 "Push the cart!" until you hit the "I have momentum and you will never catch up" issue

I'm gunna have to agree with everyone else. The healing would give players too much of an advantage and would 100% hault creep pushes.

Creeps don't do much dmg as is, and if you're being healed WHILE you fight them for free, then its pretty much free exp.

I guess u guys have a point, hmmm can anyone thinkl of a way for it to work because I think it would be nice if it could be balanced.

Maybe a one time heal for 10% or something when it's capped?
