how to download/instal full version?

I recently paid $19.99 for the full version of iconpackager 4 and I don't see a way that I can either download it or register the demo version. I've tried uninstalling the demo and installing Impulse but that looks like just another browser. Did I get ripped off? Any help would be great.

No you didn't get ripped off. Impulse is the replacement for Stardock Central. It's meant to be used for all updating off your products that you purchase. You should be able to open Impulse, click the '?" in the upper right hand corner and select register a product. Use the information that is in the email that you should have received from Stardock to register. Once you do that IconPackager should show up under the My Desktop tab so you can download it.
