Logging into game?

Hello. I purchased the game a while ago in the States ( I live in Canada bought it there because i couldnt find any copies here ). So I was wondering in the game when i try and create a account it says like network error and wont let me create an account. If anyone could help me please. This is the first time i like wanted to get on because I want to download a mod and it needs 1.1

This sounds like a firewall problem, but I could be wrong... Double check that :)

You need to get the update before logging into ICO; ICO does not auto-update you. You can register the game and get the latest update via Impulse.
