Can't Get 1.04 Beta From SDC

For some reason Stardock Central does not show me GalCiv 1.04 as an update. I've tried refreshing, quiting and restarting, nothing works...

if you bought the game by itself, then you don't have a Drengin.net account, and can't download the 1.04 beta yet.

the 1.04 update for those who don't have a Drengin.net account will be available next week, or so I've been told.
