I am trying to create a new start button out of an image of a high heel but a portion of the top isn't showing up. Can someone tell me what I might be doing wrong?
It might be your resizing bar, or part of your start menu. It definitely looks like something with a 90-degree angle has taken a bite out of your shoe. Make sure that you have transparency turned on for your resizing bar, and make sure it didn't turn black or something when you imported it from your graphics program.
