Teleport Other Item

'Twisted Rod'

A (very expensive) item that allows a player to teleport up to a short or median distance any enemy Demigod once every 65 seconds (recharge time being that time period). Most useful for thwarting a foe`s attempt to escape to their rear.

24,000 gold might be a good cost for such an item.

To activate, I would suggest the simplest method would be to click the item, then to click a destination. The nearest enemy Demigod would then be forcibly teleported to that location. The range out to which the enemy could be extracted would be short or median, the range of the delivery point would be a short distance from the Demigod using the item. Perhaps a little greater than short.

This would have horrific potential, so implementation would need to be carefully considered.

(trying to come up with inventive new things to really mix up gameplay here & there)

for some reason i get the feeling people would get quite annoyed with that item. coz IMO positioning on the map seems like its very important part of gameplay especially because your always trying to venture forward while capping flags, and for that to be manipulated in that way, it could cause some issues.

Perhaps some sort of limitation/downside to this item:

- 1 use per match.

- 3 second cast time, interruptable (gives unique aura around character so enemy knows your using it?)

- Drain mana/hp

- Send yourself and enemy demigod back to your own sides of the map

That way timing and circumstance is of massive importance.

True - a nasty and unfair cycle could certainly begin with the advent of such an item. I follow you. Even if you drained the energy of the Demigod using it, and then prevented energy regeneration for 'x' seconds thereafter, such an item could still be abusive.

Just an idea. Maybe it could be twisted in some way.

well as i said, there r many ways to counter such a powerful item... you just have to think about it.

keep adding more item ideas, and ill try to bring out the possible positives and negatives about it :P gives me something to do lol.
