Programs to run

Looking for some programs to run the FORGE tools can some one help?

Do you mean extract them?  They're in rar format, so you'll need something that can unpack that.  I personally use 7zip (http://www.7-zip.org/).

Im good with the zip part, when I got to open the program my system ark which program do you want to use, I dont have a lot of programs on it I built my system and programs a expencive if you dont need them

Once unpacked, there should be an executable in the folder.  You shouldn't need another program to be able to run an executable.

But you do need the .NET Framework 2.0 or later for Galaxy Forge and Particle Forge, I believe.

i m still trouble by the fact there is no way to edit the mesh files despite the manual showing us a program

i currently hav the NET. framwork 1.0

how am i supposed to upgrade it?

or do i have to buy something else?

wait just kidding i hav .NET 3.5 installed, but my computer still doesnt recognize the .rar file. and it counts it as a file, not a folder.

....i could use suggestions

Grab WinRar or 7Zip to extract the archive first ;) Check out the documentation folder inside the archive (specifically sins_modset.pdf on into to modding).
