Allow ability management while dead.

There isn't much to do while your dead. It would be nice if you could look at your abilities (good time for newbies to read the tooltips) and perhaps look at the different vendors to see what is available.  Only being able to look at vendors and abilities while alive is discouraging for new players as they don't really have time to read thoroughly.

This is a good idea. New players have time to read through the game and expirienced ones don't habe any disadvantage.

It is a penalty when you die.

That why you play the game vs easy Ai, to get time to read items and abilitys description.

This makes 0 sense.  It doesn't hurt to let players read their tooltips when dead.

Maybe they could even let us choose our skills or items if we have extra points or favor, or is that going too far? That's still a good idea though.
