Is it possible to delete saved games?

Dear all,

Everytime when I update, my old saved single player games get unreadable. First time I encountered the problem I was angry but now I am simply finish my games before every update. However, now I have a long list of old saved games, which I cant open anymore and cant delete as well!

Dose one of you have a solution for this problem? How can I delete the saved games?

I think it's somewhere in options, something like saves, memory, or file management. Sorry, I've done it before and I'd double check for you but my personal computer is sorta out of commision for a while.
