Achievement fix?

Great work on the fixes!!

 

Might want to make sure all achievements are still achievable though.... I tried to get the Military Research achievement but was unable to do so because in order to complete the research tree for the Starbases I needed to research trade ports in the civilian tree.  Just a though.

Achievements are broken. Even if you don't research civilian tech at all, you wont get the achievement. I guess it has to do with the inclusion of a third tech tree (defense). I bugged it in Beta 1, but it seems low priority (which i fully understand).
