[Idea] Incentives (for generals)

I'm on board with a lot of other people when I say generals are more like assassins with pets. A lot of people I hear are talking about the idol system and the general strength of minions. I don't disagree to their part in this problem, but I have also noticed something else I haven't heard much of here. Generals have too many incentives to keep their minions close by. Of course there should be some moves where the general can help those around him, but currently there are too many, and they are uncapped. I think we should do away with more of the area of effect moves and turn more towards weaker, all over the map moves. An idea could be that all of your minions get a stat bonus while your alive, which let's them roam free and also keeps generals away from being on the front lines too much. These are just some small thoughts, but I would like to see this idea expanded upon.

I think we need a balance between how it is just now and what you said. Generals should be at the frontlines (it would not be funny to just cast your minions, wait until the spell is ready, cast your minion, buff them with another skill, cast your minion and so on).

We need our generals to be where the fight is, but not right in the middle of the fight all the time. They should be able to support their minions besides to just attack the enemy with them.
